North Olympic Library System book discussion groups continue

PORT ANGELES — The North Olympic Library System will continue its online book discussion groups throughout March.

• The second Saturday Book Discussion Group will meet on Saturday at 3:00 pm to discuss “Deacon King Kong” by James McBride.

Paperback copies are available for pickup at the Sequim Library.

The group will discuss “The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind” by William Kamkwamba and Bryan Mealer in April.

• The New Conversation Books Panel will meet at 4:00 p.m. on March 23 to discuss “Where the Wild Ladies Are” by Aoko Matsuda.

Paperback copies are available for pickup at the Sequim Library.

The band plans to discuss Salman Rushdie’s “Two Years Eight Months and Twenty-Eight Nights” in April.

• The Wednesday evening book discussion group will meet at 6:00 pm on March 23 to discuss “Americans Without Papers” by Karla Cornejo Villavicencio.

Paperback copies are available for pickup at the Port Angeles Library.

Her April selection is “Vesper Flights” by Helen Macdonald.
